We were so blown away by Drury the first night of our trip (May 7th), we canceled our other hotel reservations and rebooked with Drury. This was our return trip through Valdosta and it was just as good as the first night. We are amazed by Kickback 530 and expected only snacks and soda. We had a full dinner and drinks each stay which was nice since it saved us money, we did not have to leave the hotel to find a restaurant and we could spend more time relaxing from our drive. Your staff is amazing! Every single person we encountered said hi and asked if we needed anything. We had one small glitch the first night (May 7th... not a real big deal) but your manager Katie took care of it and apologized profusely. It was not a deal breaker for us and she handled the issue quickly. Drury will be our go-to hotel when we are traveling!

Monica was very helpful at checkin, and took care of us quickly. Our room has the best lighting of any place we stayed during the past two weeks, and was nicely decorated; we liked the great colored accent wall. Our room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. We had requested an accessible room and Rm 402 was perfect with a wonderful walk in shower. We also had a beautiful view of the sunset. The Kickback snacks and drinks were wonderful after a full day of driving. Kadijah at the bar did an excellent job serving everyone, and stayed calm even when the lines were long. And the kitchen crew did a great job of keeping the food trays full, and the area clean. Breakfast was also enjoyable, especially the freshly made pancakes.

We arrived late evening for an overnight stay on our travels. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly, professional personality. From thelobby and elevator to our room was clean and smelled good. (Some hotels have a stale smell in the hallways and elevator) Our dpuble queen room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfy. We could have used a few more pillows (3 on each bed) but we were there only overnight and it didn't seem that big of a deal. The floor was quite through the night....no banging doors closing at all hours. Sheets and towels smelled fresh. Breakfast was full of all your breakfast staples and piping hot. Super impressed. Overall it was a great quick stay. Would definitely return.

The atmosphere was awesome. Love the popcorn in the lobby and the reading nook by the elevator. There is even a designated area to watch tv or a movie while snacking. The location was very nice. You didn't have to worry about noise from traffic because it is off the interstate. You had restaurants close in case you needed dinner. The bed was so comfortable that I missed breakfast so I didn't experience that but the lunch buffet was a very nice addition. The staff were amazing. They made you feel at home. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great idea and the hot tub was amazing. I will be visiting again soon!

Clean and very pretty. Nice areas to sit. The buffet/bar and dining area was laid out very well. The 5:30 kick with the 3 free drinks and food was a very pleasant surprise. The drinks were strong and the list of specialty drinks made it fun to try something different. The food was kept stocked even with a full dining room. Chili, salad, nachos, hotdogs, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, mixed vegetables and baked potatoes were all available. The breakfast bar was pretty standard except they do make pancakes to order on the griddle and the biscuits were exceptional. All staff was very friendly.
